DotA 2: PSG.LGD wins Epicenter XL
This is PSG.LGD ’s first Dota Pro Circuit LAN title and the first Major title for the Chinese region. PSG.LGD ’s victory sent them skyrocketing to the 4th spot of the DPC standings. Liquid meanwhile lost another bid for a Major title after winning TI7, they still end up well as they mathematically secured their slot for a title defense at TI8 by finishing 2nd.
CSGO: FaZe Clan sweeps Astralis to win IEM XIII – Sydney
The series looked like a lopsided 3-0 sweep for the European squad but Astralis didn’t bow down easily with the first two maps both ending in IEM XIII – Sydney overtime. Definitely a victory to prove the doubters wrong, FaZe Clan’s looking to keep the blaze on for future LANs to come.
Four teams left at GESC Thailand Minor
Only four teams remain at the GESC Thailand Minor after Keen Gaming and VGJ.Storm joined Team Secret and Fnatic at the semifinals bracket.
EG who are in desperate need of Dota Pro Circuit Points suffered a meltdown as Keen Gaming took a 2-1 victory against the NA squad in convincing fashion. VGJ.Storm rose to the occasion by taking down The Final Tribe 2-1. On the other hand, it looked easy for Fnatic during the groups but the real test for EE sama will show on the playoffs.
Team Secret meanwhile are looking to re-establish themselves as one of the frontrunners of the DPC race through GESC.

Haven’t gotten over Marvel’s latest Avengers movie? Well, Fortnite players had a cure for hangover with a Fortnite and Marvel mashup, In a limited-time mode, whoever finds the Infinity Gauntlet in-game transforms as the mighty Thanos! You’ll be able to knock back enemies with a punch and destroy structures using your hands or your blasters. You can also super jump as Thanos!

Dota Releases Battle Pass with Battle Royale Game Mode
The wait is finally over. The new Battle Pass comes with the usual features we’ve come to expect. However, there are definitely new and better things this year.
While we can’t deny Battle Royale’s rising popularity, Dota 2 isn’t denying it either. In fact, its special event, The Underhollow, is reportedly BATTLE ROYALE type!
Also, what could be an answer to most of our complaints, Role-based Matchmaking allows you to select your role prior to each match-up, so the system will pair you up with other players with specific roles. Hope this works. Really, really do.
