It’s been a while, DMC.
Our favorite Devil May Cry characters are coming to our favorite fighting game! Well, sort of.
Get the best of both worlds with these Devil May Cry costumes!
We’ve got a special collaboration going on between video game series Devil May Cry (DMC) and fighting game Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition.
SFV:AE players can obtain Devil May Cry costumes for their very own fighter. Ken can come in dressed as DMC’s main protagonist Dante, Ed can wear Nero’s costume, and Laura can wear Gloria’s costume.
The Dante Costume for Ken comes with a set of armor of gauntlets, greaves, a mask and armore for the back.
The Nero Costume for Ed boasts the Devil Bringer arm, a manifestation of Nero’s demonic power.
The Gloria costume for Laura gives off a shocking vibe to our electricity princess, as Laura gets to wear Gloria’s white hair aside from the executive’s white clothing.
These costumes will be available on Street Fighter’s Extra Battle Mode for the whole of July.
What’s extra battle mode anyway?
Late 2017, Street Fighter announced a new battle mode called “Extra Battle Mode” where a Crossover Costume will be available for players to grind for.
This Crossover Costume varies every month, and can only be obtained through the game mode.
Challenges will be up weekly, and players can take part on these trials to complete the costume rewards for specific fighters.
Participating in these challenges require 2,500 Fight Money, so better come in prepared for the battle!
The next Crossover Costume is…
Right after Devil May Cry, Street Fighter already has an incoming crossover dedicated to Mega Man fans. The Air Man Costume for Rashid is hitting us next month!
